The kitchen next chapter
Keep the choices and connected work aligned, from the existing condition to the final usable room.
Choose what belongs in your brief.
A first-time addition, a new connection or a newly equipped space. For an existing item at the end of its life, start with Replacing. This is a starting list, not a package, fixed price or promised combination of providers. Your home and the responsible trades determine the final scope.
- Dishwasher first-time installation — Add a dishwasher where one has not previously been fitted, including cabinet opening and connection planning.
- New refrigerator water connection — Plan a new supply route, accessible shut-off and compatible connection for a fridge with ice or water.
- Built-in oven installation — Fit a newly specified wall oven with cabinet support, clearances and electrical scope confirmed.
- Cooktop installation — Add a cooktop to a prepared counter with material cut-outs and appropriate trade connections.
- Range hood installation — Add extraction with the duct route, exterior termination and building requirements reviewed.
Connect the dependencies.
An appliance fitting a cabinet opening does not establish electrical, ventilation or plumbing compatibility. Good installation starts before the box arrives. Doorways, supports, power, drainage and service access all belong in the same conversation.
Record the condition before work, who owns preparation and how the area will be handed to the next provider. Ask for written approval before any change to cost or scope.
